Anticipating sour grapes and a barrel of rotten apples over the feeble arguments raised at the Supreme Court concerning birth right citizenship and an unfavorable decision, a preemptive strike to sever immigrant connections to the United States and their families, the administration announces a new policy to force immigrants in the queue for a green card or lawful permanent residency status abroad.

Foreigners seeking to adjust their immigration status in the United States to secure green cards will ​have to do so from outside the country via ‌the State Department, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said on Friday, in a move criticized by aid groups.

VOTING and IMMIGRATION STATUS

Although the voter registration campaigns may be aggressive especially if you've been outside a state or federal building, applied for a driver's license, been outside a military recruitment office, applied for public assistance or during election cycles, even if you are just a person concerned about leadership in your town, city, county or state, there are eligibility requirements for voting in the United States.

Whether it is negligence, stupidity, or deliberate entitlement or willful defiance shouldn't you review the rules before completing and signing the paper that is the registration application?

And where was the supervisor of elections?

To be a voter in the US you must :

a) Be a US citizen - by birth, naturalization, or born abroad w a consular certificate of birth

b) Be a "Resident" of the state in which you register;

c) Be 18 years of age

d) and in most jurisdictions NOT be a convicted felon or if you were, had your rights restored

PERMANENT RESIDENTS OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE! 😬

Unlawful detention of every unadmitted immigrant is a due process violation.

Not only does the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in the Hernandez Alvarez decision found at 25-14065 (USCA11) May 6, 2026 state with clarity and an analysis of sentence structure, grammar use and intent but examines Congressional motive to arrive at its conclusion.

And the Politico report below confirms the detention policy of this administration has been motivated by animus more than comprehensive reasoned and studied lawful methods designed to protect America and ensure due process.

FAMILY LAW and DEBT

YES the Department of State (DOS) can revoke a US passport for non payment of child support.

The Circuit Court can also arrest an individual on a warrant or writ of bodily attachment for those willfully non-conpliant and the state can suspend licenses, both driving and professional.

But if you dodge and think you are going to have the freedom to travel, think again.

Revocations will start on Friday for those who owe $100,000 or more, and then expand to those who owe $2,500 or more

What happens if you compel disclosure of not just an immigrant's home address but their school, work and public benefits information on a Department of Homeland Security USCIS form AR- 11???

USCIS notice of reinstatement with change of Form AR-11, Alien Change of Address. The revised form will now collect information on individuals’ employment, schooling, and any receipt of means-tested public benefits in addition to change of address. Comments are due 7/6/26. (91 FR 24910, 5/7/26)

While the wait for some critical or specialist appointments may be frustrating especially with the inconsistent and restrictive health insurance scheme we have in the U.S., but adding to that frustration is the blanket policies the administration made to deny visas of persons from some countries.

There is an adverse effect on the recruitment, hiring and retention of residents and foreign doctors.

Visa and travel bans may be lifted on a case by case basis for doctors to preempt a healthcare crisis.
