After an amazing weekend getaway in Tampa, we grabbed breakfast on the run this morning and headed straight back to reality. I had a very quick turnaround before meeting my buyers for a full day of house hunting.

We toured SEVEN very different properties today, and you know what happened? ❤️
The moment they walked into one particular home, we all knew. That feeling was instant. You could see it on their faces... this was THE one!

Now we're getting the paperwork together and submitting an offer on the home they're already picturing their future in. 🏡✨

These are my favorite days in real estate. Not because of the paperwork (definitely not because of the paperwork 😂), but because I get to watch people find the place they'll make memories in for years to come.
