Offering specialized attention for your home selling or buying is another part of the of PKDG concierge approach to servicing clients. Broker Brad Grosberg, and his team of experienced realtors work with PKDG’s clients and other homeowners, brokering transactions throughout Winter Park, Orlando and all of Central Florida.

The addition of the real estate division to the PKDG family allowed design/build clients the convenience of having all services readily available under one roof – from selling their existing home, procuring land for new construction or buying a home for remodel. Clients are able to meet with the design staff on their new construction homes, and meet with their Phil Kean realtor to discuss marketing their home on the same visit. PKRE is not just for PKDG design/build clients only. We love helping the first time homebuyer, the investment buyer and the relocation buyer/seller. Our portfolio ranges from mid-century bungalows to luxury townhouse developments, lakefront estates to resale condo units. We have not only marketed and sold the Phil Kean products, but also other beautiful homes built by other builders in Central Florida.
