Hurricane Milton Closure. The office will close at noon on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 to give staff time to prepare their homes for the storm. We, along with the courts, will be closed Wednesday and Thursday as the storm comes through our area. Friday is undetermined at this time. Once the storm passes, we will evaluate the impact to the office and our ability to resume operations. Stay safe everyone!

Polk County courts and our office will be closed tomorrow, August 30th for Hurricane Idalia.

The Law Offices of Elizabeth P. Davis are monitoring the path of Tropical Storm Idalia, which could impact Central Florida this week.
At this time there are no announced plans to close the courts. Should the courts close, we will let the impacted clients know. We will close our offices should the courts or Polk County schools close. If you have any questions, please contact us.
