**DISNEY'S LAKESHORE LODGE ESTIMATED POINT CHART** Could the "First Wave" offer give us a sneak peek at the Lakeshore Lodge Point Chart?

There’s a lot of buzz and excitement surrounding Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge and the new Member “First Wave” Experience!

As many DVC Members know, Disney offers opportunities that allow eligible Members to exchange Vacation Points for Reservation Points to book experiences outside the traditional DVC point charts.

That got us thinking… 🤔

If we look at the Reservation Point pricing Disney released for the First Wave Experience, could we do a little reverse math and get an idea of what the eventual Lakeshore Lodge DVC point chart might look like?

So, we crunched the numbers, made a few assumptions, and came up with our own UNOFFICIAL estimate of the average points per night for each accommodation type.

⚠️ Important: These numbers are purely estimates. Disney has not released the official Lakeshore Lodge DVC point charts, and the actual number of points required will vary by travel dates and seasons.

That said, if we had to guess based on the information Disney has released so far, we think these estimates could be pretty close!

Disney just revealed the official opening date, booking dates AND new villa details for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge!

🏕️ GRAND OPENING: JULY 1, 2027

📅 CASH RESERVATIONS OPEN:
🔹 October 6, 2026 – Disney Vacation Club Members
🔹 October 7, 2026 – Walt Disney World Annual Passholders
🔹 October 8, 2026 – All Guests

Disney also revealed an impressive variety of accommodations:

🏡 Deluxe Studios – Sleep up to 4
🏡 1-Bedroom Villas – Sleep up to 5

🌊 NEW WATERFRONT LAKE HOUSES
