With just a few weeks left in 2024 we would like to announce that in 2025, Northwest CT Realty proudly marks 20 years of service to Northwestern Connecticut. What began as a small office in Winsted has grown into a trusted name in real estate, with a legacy built on dedication, community, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

David Sartirana started his real estate career in September 2002, earning his broker's license just two years later in December 2004. On January 1, 2005, he opened Realty Executives Northwest. For the next decade, the business thrived under the Realty Executives franchise, achieving milestones such as being named the #2 real estate company in Litchfield County in 2014. That same year, David was recognized as Winsted’s Best Real Estate Agent, a testament to his expertise and community focus.

In early 2014, David made the decision to change his business to an independent model at the start of 2015 to better meet the needs of local clients. Later that year, Ellie Peterson, a respected leader in the Torrington real estate market, decided to merge her business with David’s, leading to the official launch of Northwest CT Realty on January 1, 2015. Together, they formed a team with a shared mission: to deliver personalized service and expert guidance in every transaction.

Since then, Northwest CT Realty has continued to grow, now with multiple offices and a team of specialized agents who bring unmatched knowledge of our region’s unique communities and property types.
