Real estate values are not one-size-fits-all. Even homes on the same block can have very different values based on factors like:

📐 Square footage – More space can impact value, but layout and functionality matter too.
📍 Location – The exact street, neighborhood, school district, proximity to transportation, and amenities can all make a difference.
🌳 Lot size – A larger or more desirable lot can significantly affect value.
🛏️ Bedrooms & bathrooms – The number, size, and functionality of the rooms matter.
✨ Condition & updates – A renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, finished basement, or newer systems can change the value.
🏠 Home style & features – Architecture, garage, outdoor space, basement, and overall design all play a role.

🌿 One trail. Three North Shore communities.

We started in Winnetka at the Skokie Lagoons, walked through Northfield, passed New Trier High School, and continued toward Glenview — including a beautiful bridge near Lake Street. 🌉🥾

This is more than just a trail. It’s a chance to experience the North Shore lifestyle up close: beautiful nature, wonderful neighborhoods, and so many places to explore. ❤️
