🍂 What’s happening in Windsor’s housing market this fall?

The September 2026 numbers are in! Here’s a look at Windsor’s single-family home market, according to William Raveis:

🏡 Median sale price: $450,000, up 34.3% from last September
📅 Days on market: 15, down 21.1%
🔑 Homes sold: 19, down 40.6%
📋 Inventory: 54 homes, up 45.9%

More inventory gives buyers more options to explore, while shorter market times show that homes are still moving quickly. For sellers, higher median sale prices are encouraging, but pricing should always reflect your home and recent comparable sales.
