**I am a licensed occupational therapist who took a plunge into the construction world in 2020, working for my husbands business. From there I gained a plethora of knowledge in home building, code requirements, pricing and being a general "handyman." From there I got my real estate license!
**I have experience in living in place, ADA adaptations and requirements, home safety evaluations and over the past few years have been the property manager for 13 apartment units.
