Huge Congratulations 🎊 to our dear Sellers and our Buyers!

After 28 years with the only owners this home has ever known 🥹❤️, it’s now welcoming a new precious Family to make their own memories here.😍

We listed this home, held an Open House, and in just 11 days had it under contract at full price.

At the open house, 13 families came through. Five were seriously interested, but 1 was ready to make a move. Right there, we got them pre-qualified, with one small detail - they had a condo to sell.

So we listed their condo that weekend. Six days later got it under contract.

Representing both sides and helping it all come together smoothly is something we take extremely seriously.

Now they’re in their new home, and we’re so grateful we got to be part of this amazing journey with our Buyers and Sellers.

This one mattered a ton. We were on a timeline.

This condo had to sell so our Sellers could move forward with their purchase on the home that we listed, 11 days prior.

No room for “let’s see what happens.” We needed results, ASAP.

So we built the strategy. Priced it intentionally. Positioned it strongly. Created momentum from day one, and six days later got it under contract.

And because everything was organized properly, they were able to close on the sale AND purchase their next home on the same day.

A true double closing.

That kind of coordination doesn’t happen by accident.
