Some closings are just extra special! 🏡✨

This wonderful family was an absolute blast to work with and get to know as they purchased a new home in Parkside Trails in Clermont for their daughter, who will be living there with some of her fellow Disney Cast Member friends.

We truly loved having our family work alongside theirs throughout the journey. For now, Mom and Dad are heading back to Alabama—but we’re hoping we’ll get to help them make their own move to Florida someday too! 😉

Congratulations on the beautiful new home, and a big shoutout to Pulte for delivering another quality new build! 🔑🎉
