We have heard from clients, who never knew that Mr. Gardner has been a part-time Judge of the State Court of Barrow County for the past five years. Please don't worry, he is not retiring from the firm and we are still taking on new cases. This is a part-time position for Mr. Gardner and he has no intentions to stop practicing law.

I am pleased to announce that, just this morning, I filled out the paperwork necessary to qualify to run for another term as your State Court Judge. Should the people of Barrow County honor me with reelection to this post, I would proudly serve another four years, continuing to preside over matters consequential to all citizens of Barrow County and the State of Georgia.
