We use the phrase “real estate solutions“ a lot

But what does that actually mean?

Recently, we met with an elderly couple here in the Shenandoah Valley, who had been on their beautiful 7 acre properties since 1978

Nearly 50 years of life also nearly 50 years of belongings and accumulated contents

Add in some deferred maintenance and thoughtful improvements. The property could benefit from before selling, and what should have been an exciting next chapter had become a pretty big burden on their shoulders.

So we listened

We walked the property with them. We talked about what they needed.

And then we provided options

In this particular situation, they chose for us to help remove the contents, make a thoughtful improvements to the property and then bring it to the open market for maximum exposure
