💘Friday Favorites - Want in on one of my best kept hosting secrets?

No, It's not a tried and true recipe (because sometimes local takeout works just fine!!)

And it's not extra linens or toiletries (because everyone's usually driving home before bedtime).

The one thing I keep around my house that helps me host with confidence is CONVERSATION STARTERS.

Because noone wants a night full of awkward silences (who remembers Rory Gilmore on her first date at Yale? 😆)

Great conversation starters can be anything from a vintage vase you thrifted to a fresh floral arrangement to actual conversation starter cards (see links below). If by "errands" you mean running in the grocery store just for an Olipop and some of these stuffed & dipped dates, then yes, I'm definitely running errands.

It's another long day of real estate, etc. and while I love this career, sometimes I need a little afternoon boost to make it through the day! My go-to's include Olipop (orange or strawberry vanilla), dried pineapple, and of course, these tasty little guys in the picture.
