ILMHomeOffer.com: Here’s some before and afters of a past hoarder house we bought and renovated. Life happens, and this seller needed an as-is cash sale due to the extensive work and repairs needed, and we were happy to make it a win win situation. This project was a beast all around that required a lot of collaboration, but it is one of our favorites to this day!

ILMHomeOffer.com/blog : This is a hoarder home we bought years ago in the condition you see in these photos; full of trash, belongings, and furniture. The house needed a ton of repairs on the exterior, mechanical, a full interior reno, as well as loads of dirt, clearing, and grading to fix drainage issues. We helped this seller get the home off their hands as it certainly wouldn’t have qualified for a loan, and what a beast of a project it was, but it was awesome when it was finished! ILMHomeOffer.com: on a past property we bought and renovated in Castle Hayne NC. These sellers were tired landlords who had bad tenants in this home for too long. To top it off, a tree fell on it during a hurricane. We were able to a work with a wholesaler to get these sellers the cash offer they needed and buy it as it sat, full of junk with the tree on it to relieve them of their problems and stress.

Recently closed cash sale in Jacksonville. These seller’s property was in Probate after their mother passed, and they just needed to sell as is. We helped them through the process with a couple different attorneys that were involved with the family to ensure everything was handled properly with two counties in the state where the heirs were. Probate can be a bit more complex, and we were happy to help!
