We work with a top notch septic company that pumped the tank and is able to diagnose, jet lines, and make any needed repair or necessary alterations to accommodate new plans and dwelling locations.

Just closed on the purchase of this rural homesite on over 4 acres in Supply NC! This was another inherited property the sellers had rented out for a time and ended up with some bad tenants. We were able to get them the cash sale they needed through a partner of ours, as the sellers once again were out of state, had no interest in coming to deal with it, and knew it had extensive issues. ILMHomeOffer.com: Here’s some before and afters of a past hoarder house we bought and renovated. Life happens, and this seller needed an as-is cash sale due to the extensive work and repairs needed, and we were happy to make it a win win situation. This project was a beast all around that required a lot of collaboration, but it is one of our favorites to this day!

ILMHomeOffer.com/blog : This is a hoarder home we bought years ago in the condition you see in these photos; full of trash, belongings, and furniture. The house needed a ton of repairs on the exterior, mechanical, a full interior reno, as well as loads of dirt, clearing, and grading to fix drainage issues. We helped this seller get the home off their hands as it certainly wouldn’t have qualified for a loan, and what a beast of a project it was, but it was awesome when it was finished!
