Cameron Simmons Law

Cameron Simmons Law Representing the injured in Worker's Compensation Cases. Providing litigation support and services to outside firms. Cameron and Lindsay live in Wilmington, NC .

Cameron Simmons is a native West Virginian and Mountaineer fan (because they are awesome). He spent 12 years in college, building his academic credentials before entering the work force. Cameron has been practicing personal injury and workers' compensation law since graduating from law school in 1999. He began his career working as a lawyer for insurance carriers and the companies they represent,

and he remained in their employ for eight years. Since that time, Cameron has focused on representing injured workers and making sure those workers and their families are protected and provided for. He uses his experience as a defense attorney to anticipate litigation issues that may arise so they can be dealt with early on in the case. North Carolina lawyer's continuing education benefits clients

Since beginning his legal career, Cameron has continued his educational pursuits and obtained an MBA in 2006. Cameron uses his business sense to streamline case handling and to help provide client satisfaction. He became a Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation in 2005. Cameron handles all types of workers' compensation claims. After joining Greg Jones & Associates in 2007, Cameron added Social Security Disability claims to his practice group. Cameron has taught classes and many seminars about the nuances of the Workers' Compensation Act to paralegals, adjusters in the insurance industry, and rehabilitation professionals. He has also volunteered his time to be on the Board of Kids' Chance of NC. They have two wild sons who take up most of their free time. Oh, and they run some and she swims and bikes as well.
