After much consideration, we have decided to dissolve Colby & Mincey, PLLC and continue our future law practices in separate law firms. Although this is a big change for us and our clients, we look forward to still working with you all and we are excited about what the future holds for the both of us. with Hurricane Matthew turning north it is time to think about insurance. If you are closing on your home the end of this week or early next week be sure to see your insurance agent and prepay for your Wind & Hail policy because the word on the street is they will be freezing all new insurance orders starting as early as Tuesday night.You cannot close without it. Now let's all pray for a nice steady shift to the North East and out to sea.
