Still feels SO surreal. 💜

We’ve worked hard, grown a lot, and dreamed about having a space that truly felt like us and now we get to call 1106 Castle Street, home.

When we first stepped into this huge, empty space back in March - no floors, no walls, just a whole lot of imagination - we were so excited envisioning what it could become. But we had absolutely NO idea what the next few months had in store. 😂

There were decisions, delays, surprises, a lot of “wait… WHAT?” moments, and eventually, a space that feels even more like us than we imagined.

We haven’t shared much yet because yesterday, we welcomed our past clients in for lunch and an exclusive first look. The people who have supported us, trusted us, referred us, and truly feel more like family had to be the first ones through the doors. 💜

And honestly, yesterday was the moment it finally felt real.

We lost count of how many times one of us said, “We love our office… we can’t believe this is OURS.” Because it’s one thing to watch the paint colors, furniture and little details come together. It’s another to see the space filled with the people who helped make this chapter possible.

That’s when it clicked: this is exactly why we wanted our own space in the first place.

Not just to have an office, but to have a place to gather, celebrate, educate, connect and create moments with the people who mean the most to our business.

Yesterday, for the first time, it truly felt like home.

And the best part? It’s right in the heart of the Wilmington community that we love so much, and has helped build Harpo Properties into what it is today.

This office is more than a new address. It’s a really exciting next chapter - and we have a LOT of behind-the-scenes stories and content from the journey getting here.
