Great question. The answer is yes, if you don't mind the timing, a lot less people are looking and seller's whose homes have been on the market are typically more motivated when it's quiet. There's also been a spike in inventory and right now (IMO) is the best opportunity for buyers in the last 5 years. If you know someone that needs some consult, send them my way!!
