This year, our team will be volunteering with PAWS for People, and we're collecting donations to support their mission. If you'd like to contribute, donations can be dropped off at our office Monday–Thursday from 9 AM–5 PM and Friday from 9 AM–3 PM.

A group of our agents toured the new Southport Meadows community in Southport last week and I have to say, Pulte did a really solid job with these homes. The community will offer both townhomes and single family homes starting in the high $300s, which is a price point I think is going to get a lot of attention in this area.

The models felt modern without trying too hard. Good natural light, open layouts that actually make sense, dedicated office spaces, and finishes that felt clean and upscale without being over the top. One feature I thought was really cool was that Pulte allows buyers to add custom accent walls during the build process, which gives people a chance to personalize the home a bit without having to tackle projects after closing.

Southport and Brunswick County continue to grow fast, and communities like this are a big reason why. If you’ve been considering new construction near the coast, this is definitely one worth keeping on your radar!
