Connor’s Story

Connor Bost is a third generation Wilmington, NC native. From his first job at fourteen years old, Connor has always had a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. Throughout his high school years, he worked in hospitality and even started his own small landscaping business from which he learned many crucial skills such as communication, time management, and client satisfaction.

In the summer of 2015, Connor’s longtime neighbor, Chris Luther, gave him the opportunity to work with his real estate team which he continued to do throughout high school. Upon graduation, he stepped into the role of Marketing Coordinator where social media management, email marketing, and videography were just a few of his responsibilities.

After graduating from New Hanover High School, Connor had the unique opportunity to tour with two different Christain music groups. This allowed him to pursue one of his passions and see different parts of the country. While in this role, he continued to enhance his communication skills as he performed and connected with audiences nightly at nearly 200 concerts per year. After traveling extensively, Connor says he has never found a place that feels more like home than Wilmington.

After coming off the road full-time and obtaining his real estate license, joining The Chris Luther Team powered by eXp Realty was the obvious choice. He has seen first hand over the past five years that this is a professional real estate team dedicated to putting their clients first and helping them achieve their real estate goals. When not working in real estate, Connor continues to enjoy traveling and sharing his music.
