ILM Homes After graduation I obtained my Maryland license and got my feet wet working with my father, a home builder of many years.

Coming from a Real Estate family growing up, I started my journey in my home state of Maryland after graduating from UNC Wilmington's Cameron School of Business. We worked together to find buildable lots and foreclosed houses, and I also helped friends and acquaintances buy their first homes. However, after developing a love for Wilmington and all it has to offer towards the end of college and nee

ding to scratch the itch for creating something on my own, I was drawn back and worked my way into the industry here. For a number of years here now I have been "flipping" homes and have experienced a myriad of situations managing the purchase, renovation, and sale of over a dozen properties around the Cape Fear region. Let me tell you, it's never as quick and easy as HGTV would have you believe and it has given me countless insights that I really believe make me a valuable asset to you as a broker. From obviously having to know the local market like the back of my hand, handling structural, termite, and flood plain issues, permitting, communicating effectively, along with dealing with other agents, appraisers, and lenders who aren't always as competent as you'd think, I'd love to put my experiences to use for you. I understand and respect how hard each of you has worked to reach your goal of home ownership, and I strive to build relationships where we will reap the benefits of our work collectively! Final reno of 2025 closed right before the new year. Can’t win em all as this townhome was surprisingly on market over 100 days despite being completely turn key, but glad to have it offloaded and looking toward improving in 2026! Plus our other bigger project just went under contract, Happy New Year to all!

This awesome downtown bungalow was redesigned with a full kitchenette in the back master bed with an exterior door, for the option to close it off separately to rent out as an efficiency / short term rental.
