🇺🇸 Holiday Hours

We'll be closed on Friday, July 3rd to celebrate Independence Day.

Applications for the 2026 Primary Residence Credit will be closing on April 1! If you have not applied, you should!

Homeowners can apply for up to $1,600 off their 2026 property tax bill for their primary residence.

To be eligible for the credit, you must:
🔑 Own a home home (house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo) in North Dakota.
🏡 Reside in it as your primary residence.
📃Homes held in trusts also qualify.
#️⃣There are no age restrictions for this credit.
💲 There are no income limitations for this credit.

Apply online at https://www.tax.nd.gov/prc

Only one Primary Residence Credit is available per household.
Applications are open through April 1, 2026.

Williams County Abstract will be closed on President’s Day so our team can enjoy a well-earned long weekend.
