Brandi's journey into real estate began with a tiny house obsession that quickly grew into a full-fledged passion for helping others find their perfect home. After earning her BPS in Business Management with a specialization in Equine Business from Cazenovia College, she obtained her VT real estate license in March 2019, starting at a small firm in St. Albans before joining the team at Four Season

s Sotheby's International Realty in 2022. Brandi obtained dual licensure in both NY and VT in 2024 to better serve both buyers and sellers in the Lake Champlain region, expanding her reach, network and connections. A Franklin County, VT native, Brandi is currently building her own energy-efficient homestead and barn for her two equine best friends, Cinnamon Girl and Skye. After 4 years with Sotheby's International Realty, and after much thought and careful consideration, I have made the decision to transfer my license to Ridgeline Real Estate Company in VT (stay tuned for an update on NY!)

I've known the Kilburns for years, so when they came to me saying they were ready to sell and were interested in looking in NY, I jumped at the opportunity! And though we looked at several, this was the first property they saw, and it's the property that set the bar for every showing after.
