**HEAT REMINDER**
Just a reminder that as tempting as it is in this heat to put your AC/Central Air on the lowest setting, doing so can actually freeze up your machine causing it to quit working. We have had several examples of this the last few days. Please do not put your Air Conditioner on a setting less than 65/66 (which is still significantly lower than outside) to ensure that it will continue working. Also remember to keep your air filters clean! This will keep your unit running efficiently!

This is the proper way to leave a unit upon move out. These Tenants received their FULL security deposit back. As much as I would love to be able to share the names of people who leave places disgusting, I wish I could also give names of people who leave places like this! You are every Landlord's dream tenant! I appreciate you immesnely!

This is a reminder why the majority of our owners have gotten away from being pet friendly.

Yes, some people (in my many years of experience very few) but SOME people do train and properly care for their pets, but the majority do not.

Only ONE of these units out of the three had permission to have pets. To put it into perspective, that pet deposit was $650.00 and the cost of new flooring is $3,800.00. The unit also needs steam cleaning, all new paint and some new trim. Also worth noting is JUST how badly 2 out of 3 of these units smelt. They were truly unbearable to be in.

The cost of allowing pets far outweighs any pros.
