🚨Did you know?🚨 On August 1, 2023, several changes to motorist-related North Dakota laws will go into effect. ‼ Here’s a head’s up!

🚗Seatbelts: ALL occupants of a vehicle MUST be wearing their seatbelt or other appropriate restraint (e.g. a car seat for youth ages 8 and younger)

🔁Roundabouts: Time to use your blinker! Drivers must signal an intention to exit a rotary traffic island (aka a roundabout)

🛑Stop Sign Intersections: Drivers will need to yield the right-of-way to other vehicles that have already stopped at the stop sign (everyone has a turn)

⬛Windshield Tint: Tint strip now allowed within top 5 inches of windshield

🚘Windshield Obstructions: Your windshield may not be shattered or be in a condition where the driver cannot see (no obstructions)

📄Vehicle Registration: Proof of registration can be shown with a digital image of your registration card stored on a mobile device

Thanksgiving is more than the festivities. It gives us time to ponder upon what lessons we have learned and how we can spread happiness around, to look back at all the great memories and good people who came into our lives. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones.

Our office will be closed Thursday, November 25th and Friday, November 26th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 29th.
