⚠️ You were named executor of an estate. But do you actually know what that could mean?

It sounds simple at first. Follow the will, take care of a few things, and make sure everyone gets what they’re supposed to get.

Then reality hits.

They ranged from our founder, Julie Steinbacher, who founded the firm back in 2002 and has been an attorney for more than 25 years, and one of our associates that has been an attorney since the early 1990s, to our newest attorney that found out he passed the bar on the same day as the retreat. The sun was literally shining through the clouds and directly down on our team last Saturday as we attended the second of four Walks to End Alzheimer's in our geographic footprint. Last week, it was Bloomsburg, where our own director of operations, Jasmyn Winey, has been a member of the local Walk committee for several years, and which followed the Lycoming Walk to start out the month. Still to come this week and next are Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and State College.

Once again, we were grateful to walk alongside others in our community in support of those affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
