Governor Shapiro just said “I stand with victims” to all Pennsylvanians during the debate. He wasn’t for my client, John Doe, an African-American teenager who was sexually assaulted and victimized by a white teenager on a school trip. Read about our case in my previous posts here and on Stapp Law, LLC and in the articles published quoting Judge Brann of the Middle District of Pennsylvania who said that a local school district, Williamsport Area School District, failed John Doe. Governor Shapiro was the Attorney General when the case came to his desk to prosecute two Caucasian men who were recommended to be charged with obstruction of justice. His office did nothing to get justice for John Doe making him a victim yet again. PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity

I have never been more proud to be a member of the Lycoming County Bar than I was on Friday, July 31st William Carlucci when Judge Carlucci heard the motion filed on behalf of Gone Rogue Girls Rescue Inc. To seize a dog that was surrendered via contract to their rescue, a 2 year old Rottweiler. Judge Carlucci held a hearing and granted our motion due to concern for the safety of the dog. Holly Lynne Holly, our wonderful prothonotary, and her amazing staff could not have been more helpful in getting what we needed filed starting on Monday. Then, when the order was issued Judge Carlucci even gave his court reporter the rest of the afternoon off to allow her to draft the order so we could rescue Saskia on Friday.
The owner of the dog that had surrendered her left her home when she became aware of the order. Sheriff Eric Spiegel and his staff came out right away to attempt to rescue Saskia. When they weren't able to rescue her on Friday, Eric N Regina Spiegel Sheriff Spiegel went above and beyond working on Saturday for hours having to go to the northern reaches of Lycoming County in an effort to rescue Saskia.
THIS IS HOW A COMMUNITY, BOTH THE LEGAL COMMUNITY AND THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, SHOULD WORK TOGETHER TO SAVE ANIMALS. WELL DONE!

Common mishaps resulting in severe eye trauma include accidents involving flying particles, sharp objects and dangerous chemicals, such as cleaning solutions. If an injury prevents a worker from carrying out his or her duties, the employee may file a claim for workers’ compensation.

Here is information on the lawsuit that I filed against the Lycoming County Commissioners for failing to report "all" suspicious circumstances in the 2020 election to the District Attorney as required by Pennsylvania law.

I am presently writing a brief for the Commonwealth Court in our case in which we sued the Lycoming County Board of Elections to force them to report all the suspicious circumstances to the Lycoming County District Attorney in the November 2020 Election, such as a person voting by mail-in ballot from an address that doesn't exist. This is also due this week! Please pray for me and my staff.
