Our office is currently involved in a Plaintiffs' Personal injury matter involving the death of a young woman as a result of a motor vehicle collision. This matter will go to trial in Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas during August 2026. In order to assist us in evaluation and preparation of these cases, we are conducting a Summary Jury in the case and are asking you to participate in this process.

We conduct the Summary Jury by presenting as fully as possible the position of the Plaintiff (the individual bringing the case) as well as the position of the Defendants (the persons and entities against whom the case was filed). Once the presentation is over, we allow you to discuss the information presented among your group. Following that discussion, we encourage everyone to express their ideas and views about the case.

The Summary Jury will take place on August 4, 2026, beginning at 12:00 noon or 5:00 p.m. in our office located at 161 West Third Street Williamsport PA 17701. The Mock Trial will be one time only for approximately three hours. Participants will be compensated $50.00 for their time. Participation is entirely voluntary.
