"So glad to be back at the Orlenes on Baker Avenue! The place was beautiful with nice, comfortable beds for all. Kitchen was spacious, clean, and well lit. The highlight of this place has always been the north-facing patio! It's sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon when you need it. Also the perfect hang out spot in the evenings with family and friends. The rooftop is also the perfect place for watching.." says Jenni on Google

"Ian was very helpful and went beyond what is normally provided as it relates to property management. I lived out of the area, he would literally go out if his way to help me handle utility issues etc..

I felt I had not only professional help with the management but a friend I can count on whenever something went wrong that I couldn’t handle. Ian is very resourceful, familiar and knowledgeable of the area. I will.." says Stacey on Google
