🏡🏡 Fri-yay closing DAY🎉🎉

~Wrapped up the week with this Sardis cabin property closing🌳🌳

Out of state seller booking to liquidate her father’s estate, she did some research and quickly found our office as one of the top brokerages in the area🏡👊💃

Funny story, she showed me this boat out in the yard. She said it’s been there for years, it was there when her dad bought it, it was there many years before, but we want it gone. She had very little hope that could be done. She obviously did not know Facebook marketing skills of 🤣👊

I advertised that boat and I had so many leads! I got that boat hauled off with 24 hours and I think it was a heavy load 🤣

❣️S O L D❣️ This gorgeous home to the most precious family EVER🥰. Joe started out with these buyers looking at some land etc. That didn’t pan out so I took them over and helped them with this already built home purchase🤩 When we came across this home in a secluded location yet close to town and work it was a perfect fit! 🤠 It is such a nice built house with plenty of space both inside and outside! 😍

I was very fortunate to be able to represent this lovely couple in this home purchase. They were just cool as can be through the whole process! The transaction went fast and smooth, and I was due one of those!😜
