Here’s my intake form for the ones ready to file their tax refund.

I know some of you haven’t filled in a couple years and don’t know where to start to get back on track. I recommend calling past employers to get past years w2s. I promise you that they don’t mind getting those out to y’all. That’s the fastest and most accurate way to get back on track. Now for those that have called and are still struggling to get your w2s and can’t access Adp/Oracle/Paycom or any other payrolling software your company might of used. I recommend calling the IRS Transcript line and requesting your transcript for the years needed to file. Start calling now as transcripts are sent by mail and will take time to receive, but most importantly swift notary and tax preparation services will be here to make it all better. Give us a call.
