We are pleased to announce that Randy Rathbun has again been recognized by his peers in The Best Lawyers in America®, with recognition in two practice areas: Litigation – Environmental and Employment Law – Individuals.

Randy’s recognition by Best Lawyers reflects a long history of peer recognition. He was first recognized in Environmental Law in 2001, and has been recognized in Litigation – Environmental continuously since 2011. He has also been recognized in Employment Law – Individuals since 2018.

Randy represents employees in wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation matters. His environmental litigation practice is limited to cases involving air and groundwater pollution.

Our firm is fortunate to welcome two talented professionals to our team!

Albany McNay, our new paralegal, brings 10 years of legal experience along with an MBA from Friends University. She has a passion for helping clients and supporting attorneys, and outside of work enjoys gardening, baking, reading, outdoor adventures, and home improvement projects.

Michaela Cussen joins us as our new office administrator after five years in the legal field. Having recently made Wichita her new home, she is excited to continue serving clients and supporting attorneys. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, reading, and crocheting.
