Apparently, authentic, unfiltered content is what people want to see on social media these days.

So here's me, standing outside in the sunshine, wondering how I went from selling houses to being expected to create entertaining internet content.

After almost 20 years in real estate, I apparently now need a second career as a content creator. Which is unfortunate, because I have absolutely no desire to be a social media influencer. 😂

I think we’ve been marketing this property all wrong. 🤔 Because the more I look at it, the more I realize this property isn’t just about the buildings. It’s about the land, the creek, the trees, the privacy, and everything someone could do with it.

2959 N Arapaho Rd in Hesston has been presented primarily as Emma Creek Barn, an event venue with a residence on the property, and it absolutely can continue to be that. But focusing only on what it is today might be missing the bigger story.

This is a beautiful piece of Kansas land with a winding creek, mature trees, open space, established improvements, and room for someone else to decide what comes next.
