I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. I renovated a fixer-upper, rented out the extra bedrooms to pay for college. After graduating, I moved to California and began my real estate career in 2007, specializing in commercial apartment sales of 10+ units in the Greater Los Angeles market. Thereโ€™s something extra special about listing a home in your own neighborhood. ๐Ÿ’™ When your neighbors trust you with one of their biggest assets, it truly means the world.

The support from the neighbors and the sellersโ€™ family was ๐Ÿฉทtremendous ๐Ÿฉทespecially while the sellers were out of state. Teamwork like that makes all the difference.

Listing this home right before Christmas and getting it under contract by mid-January was a huge win, and Iโ€™m so grateful to everyone who played a part in making it happen. This is why I love what I do. ๐Ÿ’™

This year I helped when people moved here from Virginia, moved away to Tennessee, sold investment properties, first-time homeowners, those who lost a loved one, and more. Everyone and every home has a story and I am thankful to be apart of those chapters. ๐Ÿฉต
