Job #1 Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and social security law.
The selected candidate will assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files, and supporting clients throughout the process of the case.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing petitions, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and accurate.
• Communicate with clients and court personnel as needed.
• Prepare and organize discovery materials and trial documents.
Qualifications:
• Minimum [2] years of experience in general law, personal injury law, or social security law preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with personal injury and social security law.
• Familiarity with the medical field and medical terminology.

The selected candidate will assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files, and supporting clients throughout the bankruptcy process.

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing petitions, schedules and related documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
• Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and accurate.
