Congratulations to the Strickland’s!! 3rd and final closing. (Hopefully, if they don’t have twins in the next couple of years lol) We looked tirelessly until we found the one and we won a multiple offer to get it. I am so happy we found them a beautiful home with lots of room for the babies and dogs. Thank you Jody Brannon for great co op, Randy for inspection to make sure home was sound, Paula the VIP lender for getting use cleared to close in 9 days. Thank you Kaila for having the right air bnb for them to stay a few days in while we waited on closing.
