A husband and wife were injured after a commercial semi-truck rear-ended their vehicle following a lane change on a busy roadway. Both suffered soft-tissue injuries, with the wife also experiencing numbness and tingling in her extremities.
The trucking company argued that our clients shared some responsibility for the collision. However, video footage from the trucking company helped establish the commercial driver’s responsibility to anticipate and safely respond to vehicles traveling within potential blind spots.
