Our firm has a long history of representing individuals being spied on and watched in restrooms and locker rooms without their knowledge. Jim Bordas is pictured here with his clients who were watched by management through peepholes in coal mine changing rooms, along with Ed Bradley of 60 Minutes who did a story on the case in the 1980s. We are proud to continue to stand up for individuals subjected to this type of inappropriate conduct.

The Fort Pitt Tunnel opens directly into one of Pittsburgh’s most demanding stretches of road. Sudden light changes, immediate lane decisions and last-second merging can make motorcyclists difficult to see. Choose your lane early, signal and check twice before moving over.

Our managing partner Jamie Bordas, president of the board at the YMCA, hosted the annual Light of the Valley luncheon.
This year’s recipient is Dr. Ric Zambito, a Wheeling dentist, who spoke of his family, faith and longtime connection to the YMCA.
Tony Chiazza, a Wheeling native and former YMCA employee—now NCAA Division 1 basketball official—was the guest speaker.
The program raised nearly $70,000 for the YMCA which has undergone a major renovation over the last year.
