COLUMBUS DAY — SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH !

In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue, not knowing exactly what was waiting on the other side.

Sometimes you need to change course, explore new opportunities, and have the courage to believe something better is out there.

At EXIT Realty Redefined, we're not asking you to sail across an ocean. We're offering leadership you can reach, real training, stronger support, a culture that believes in you, and opportunities beyond the ordinary.

You don't need three ships to change your destination. Just one conversation !

While I normally try NOT to work on Sundays… things have been a little crazy lately.

EXIT Realty Redefined is officially expanding into WISCONSIN !

We have acquired the EXIT territories of and are beginning our expansion into Walworth and Jefferson Counties, and I couldn't be more excited about what we're going to build.

There is plenty of work ahead — Wisconsin licensing, finding the right office location, building the right team and putting all the pieces together. Our target is to have everything in place by the end of the first quarter of 2027.

And as always, we're not interested in simply opening another office. We want to build something BETTER. New market. New relationships. New opportunities.

Been a while so here it goes !

Welcome to ROG MAHAL where the coffee is strong, the culture is stronger, and apparently the Designated Managing Broker now requires a throne. There’s one part of this graphic that isn’t a joke:

At EXIT Realty Redefined, our agents have the opportunity to earn more than 100% GCI, while still having the training, leadership, support, technology and culture they need to grow. Because keeping more of what you earn shouldn’t mean giving up the support you deserve.

Come see what we’re building at EXIT Realty Redefined.

Sometimes the best marketing isn't another postcard or social media post...

Sometimes it's simply taking the time to help agents think differently about their business.

Even when we're taking a short break from Coffee & Conversation, we're still sharing ideas, challenging each other, and helping our agents stay focused.

That's just part of our culture

No matter where we come from, what we do, or where life's journey takes us, we all stand beneath the same stars and stripes.

Today is a day to honor our flag, reflect on the freedoms it represents, and appreciate those who have defended it throughout our nation's history.

May we never take those freedoms for granted.
