🏡📈 Turns out not every retiree is downsizing... A new WSJ report (via NPR's Marketplace) found many baby boomers — now the wealthiest generation in U.S. history — are actually buying BIGGER homes or renovating to add space, mostly to host grandkids for the holidays. 👵👴✨

What does that mean for the rest of us? Boomers are staying put (or moving up) instead of selling — which means fewer homes hitting the market, and tighter inventory for buyers here in Denver Metro too. 🏘️📉

🐴🌄 Hace unos años, disfrutamos de una cena estilo vaquero con un paseo en carreta tirada por caballos aquí en Steamboat Springs. Rodeado de las montañas de Colorado, buena compañía y esa sensación de historia del Viejo Oeste — de esas noches que uno no olvida.
