The journey of buying for Cheryl & Heather started in December of 2023. We restarted again right before the holiday this past Christmas. It’s been a whirlwind ending in a great win for them on this sale. When you own, improve and invest in your property, it pays off. Not only did they receive $17k over asking, they were allowed to stay for a month as they transitioned to their next home. It doesn’t get much better than that! I can’t be happier for them. They work hard and stay on top of every detail that comes their way. Having a home sale contingency as a buyer can work, they did it! 🙌🏻🎉

Last but not least!
I’m going to thank myself for listing and selling my own property. 😆 Okay, sure I listed it 3% too high in price but I couldn’t help myself. Another townhome in the community sold for that so why not try?!!

In all seriousness, this sale frees me from one more boss (tenants) and one more commitment. Being a landlord was a dream of mine. Thankfully my husband Jim supported that. 🙏🏻. For 12 years I had 4 sets of tenants all of who were really great. I was fortunate. When this last tenant informed me he was leaving, I knew it was time to close this chapter of my life. So my last sale of 2024 was this. I strongly encourage people to invest in real estate and do it as early in your life as you can.

I am so thankful for the call I made last Friday to Dominic DeMarco. Literally at 4pm on Friday, I inquired about the cost of a dumpster and 23 hours later it was full thanks to him & his employees. 🤩 👏🏻👏🏻
The clubhouse pictured was unstable from tree limb hits from above. They cut it up and hauled it off so quickly. What a great feeling to clean out and lighten the load here. I’m eternally grateful for the help. Please call him if you need this type of service. So happy!
