From July to August, our network continued to build momentum across the US & Canada, with increases in luxury listings sold, buyer closings, total luxury transactions, referral business, and the number of agents closing $1M+ homes.

Here’s a look at our August 2026 Year-to-Date numbers:

✨ $60.2 Billion in total luxury sales volume across 35,812 closings
✨ $29.0 Billion in luxury listings sold (17,519 listings)
✨ $31.1 Billion in buyer closings (18,293 transactions)
✨ $10.2 Billion in referral transactions (5,227 deals)
✨ 17,933 agents who transacted $1M+ luxury homes

Our 5th Annual Blessing Basket is back, and this year our goal is to provide 100+ families with the makings of a Thanksgiving meal. 🧡
