The rules just changed for home sellers. 🏠📋

A new anti-money laundering rule from FinCEN took effect March 1 — and for the first time, it applies to sellers, not just buyers.

If the buyer of residential real property is an entity or a trust and you’re closing a cash deal, both the buyer and seller will now need to disclose personal and private information to FinCEN.
