An important update on the new Corporate Transparency Act which requires most corporations and limited liability companies to file a report disclosing the owners of the entity. A court has declared the Act unconstitutional, but appeals are surely to follow. I will update as necessary.

A recent case has held that the Corporate Transparency Act is unconstitutional. But this is not likely the last word on the CTA.
