Perkins & Anctil, P.C. is a leader in condominium association, real estate, litigation, employment and bankruptcy law. We represent condominium associations, property management companies, businesses and individual clients in a broad array of areas. In 1988, Senior Partner Charles A. founded the firm on the philosophy of providing exceptional condominium related legal services to
his clients. Attorney Perkins was one of the first attorneys in Massachusetts to dedicate his law practice exclusively to condominium law. Charlie is recognized as a leader in condominium law in Massachusetts and is one of only seven attorneys elected by Community Association Institute into the College of Community Association Lawyers. Managing Partner Robert W. Anctil joined Attorney Perkins in 1996 and expanded the firm’s practice to include all aspects of real estate law. Rob is responsible for working with developers, lenders, buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. In addition to managing the office, he is often involved with litigation related matters. Eriksen became a partner in 2015. He grew up in the real estate business working for his father who is a residential and commercial real estate developer. Perkins & Anctil’s condominium and real estate practice has grown to include more than 750 condominium associations and numerous other clients with diverse needs. In addition, Perkins & Anctil has a skilled team of attorneys and support staff who provide exceptional legal services in other areas. Condominium lien enforcement director and bankruptcy Attorney David R. Chenelle provides over twenty years of knowledge to our condominium clients. In addition Attorney Chenelle has been involved with over 5,000 cases in the Bankruptcy Court. Trial Attorney Kimberly A. Alley heads our firm’s litigation group. She specializes in all areas of civil litigation, employment law, and personal injury claims. She has successfully handled over 100 trials in state and federal courts. Attorney Rhonda L. Duddy leads the firm’s real estate department with over twenty years of experience and manages all aspects of our conveyancing practice. Attorney Duddy manages transactions ranging from residential refinance closings to major commercial acquisitions.
