π€ Did You Know? Withdrawing an I-140 Does Not Erase USCIS Concerns
Withdrawing an I-140 petition does not automatically close the door on prior issues.
If there were concerns in a previous filing, USCIS may still rely on those findings and raise them again in a new or subsequent petition.
This means a withdrawal does not necessarily βresetβ your case. Any prior inconsistencies, misrepresentations, or eligibility concerns may still need to be addressed.
Before filing a new petition, it is important to understand and properly respond to any past issues to avoid delays or denials.
