You know those posts of how it started, and then how it’s going? The first bunch of wires is the communication system the office started with. It hooked to a 4x4 panel in the men’s room and had an enormous switch board, that seemed to still work. No joke, first day I owned it, I picked up the phone to dial tone! Anyways… the second picture is what my electrician and I rigged up the day after closing. I have had the chance to work with some amazing tradesmen, and Jordan is among the best there is. I think the next picture was what turned out to be the last lumber run to menards for the remaining framing timber for the men’s room ceiling and walls. And Mike has been such a great dude. Whether it is yard work, legal work, or framing work, I got a dude who I can rely on to do his best, even when we don’t really “know” what we’re doing. Give us a legal task we got you, trades stuff, give us three more weeks. Anyways, we ready for my guy, Reynaldo, to hit the drywall. This summer has been hard, for a lot of reasons.
