I began as a single practitioner in Nassau County, N.Y., and focused primarily on workers' compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Since 1985 our firm has grown, and we have a full staff of experienced attorneys and legal assistants to assist with your claims. We have also opened satellite offices in Queens and Suffolk County. We handle hearings in the five boroughs, along with Nassau

and Suffolk. We also have associate attorneys who are available to assist with all accident cases (including motor vehicle accidents, negligence cases and medical malpractice). We are a medium size firm which prides ourselves on being responsive to our clients' needs, even in this challenging period for workers' compensation and Social Security Disability benefits. Both New York State and the Federal Government have created a complex system of paperwork and medical requirements which must be successfully navigated before a Judge will even listen to our legal position. Complex, new medical treatment guidelines must be followed, and we work closely with treating physicians to obtain necessary medical care in workers' compensation cases. We always attempt to obtain the best results for our clients, without automatically resorting to time consuming litigation and appeals. When appropriate, we attempt to negotiate the best settlement possible for our clients.
