Breakfast just got a little spooky 🎃

On October 27th, swing by the leasing office between 8:30–10:30 AM for a grab & go Halloween breakfast — no tricks, just treats! It's a great way to start your morning before heading out for the day.

We'd love to see you there. Stop by, grab a bite, and say hello! 👻

Halloween is almost here! 🎃 Heads up — if you spot any ghosts or ghouls wandering around before October 31st, don't worry. That's just our maintenance team doing their rounds. 👻

And parents, a friendly reminder: a 15% "handler's fee" on all candy collected is completely reasonable compensation for the evening's work. You're welcome.

Drop a 🍬 in the comments if you're ready for trick-or-treat season at Polo Club Apartments!

Okay, we need your help settling something important 🍬

Twix, Snickers, Milky Way, M&Ms, or Reese's — which mini candy deserves the top spot? Or did we forget one? The team at Polo Club can't agree and we are putting this to a vote, and the winning candy gets a full bowl in the office the week before Halloween. 🎃 (Come see who got the most votes and grab the winning candy!)

Drop your pick in the comments below and make your case — this is serious business!

And in case you were wondering, the answer is Twix! - Max (the new guy)

Pink is more than just a color this month. 🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and at Polo Club, our team is showing up — literally — by wearing pink throughout the office.

It's a small gesture, but it carries a big message: awareness matters, and so does showing up for the people around you.

Whether you're a survivor, a supporter, or someone who simply wants to spread hope, this month is a reminder that we're all in this together. 💕

Those sunny poolside days feel like a distant dream right now! ☀️ Cold weather has a way of making us appreciate the warmer months even more — and honestly, we're already counting down the days until we can dive back in at Polo Club.

There's something special about having a beautiful pool right at home. It makes the summer something to truly look forward to. 🏊

Today, we honor and celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day. 🌿 This is a meaningful moment to reflect on the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of Indigenous peoples — and to show up with genuine respect and appreciation.

At Polo Club, we believe in building communities where everyone feels seen and valued. That starts with acknowledging the people and traditions that have shaped the land we call home.

How are you taking a moment to recognize and honor Indigenous Peoples Day today? Share below. 👇
